Default Vinilla Visa eBay Store

So I added a vanilla visa to my stealth powerseller EB account that has over 3000 feedback and is in good standing for over two years so that I can finally open a EB store.

I noticed that eb authorized $1.15 to the vanilla CC. I had all the info match my stealth eb account details.

My question is... so what now?

Its been about 48 hours. My EB store is running. Do I need to confirm something to get the $1.15 auth charge back? Or will they just refund me the amount in a few days?

Also, I only have a bank account on my PP account. Would it be a good idea to add this vanilla CC to it as well?

Thanks..

One more thing, if I add this vanilla CC to my PP account. Will it also do a $1.15 auth on it?

It's a $150 card with only about $20 left on it.

they just want to make sure that the card is valid.
for paypal, here in the US they charge $1.95 that they place in your paypal account as a 'bonus'....with your money lol.

others will reply on this

check if it under payment or authorizing cause if it under authorizing then it will be returned to you as they just wanted to confirm payment can be made with it and they do not actually charge it.

It is like when you pay at a restaurant they charge you $20 for a $20 meal but you actually see a bit more on your bill as temporary authorization this is why when you read the packaging of the vanilla visa card it tells you about the restaurant thing.

I went on the transaction history of the VCC and it says:
Total Authorizations This Period: (1) -$1.15

So is this like a temp hold of the funds to verify that the card can actually be charged? If so, how long do they hold the $1.15 for?

There is $18.85 left on the card after this auth by eBay.

Can anyone shed some light about adding this VCC to my PP? Good or bad idea?

the money taken by eb is going back to your card, as for pp if the data on the card is matching your pp, go ahead and do it?
is this a new pp and is it attached to this eb?

The card data is the same as my stealth eb and pp. The account is about 2 years old, powerseller with 3000+ feedback. I only had a bank account on it and had no issues. I sell non-vero generic items.

Thanks for the info rsot.
