Vanilla MasterCard For Paypal

I am just now signing up for my Paypal account and was wondering if Vanilla Mastercard will work for a Canadian account?

I have not used Vanilla Mastercard in ages since PP used to give problems with this. Try and please post - could be good to know about this. I always go with the Visa ones.

I got this working and it works for both Paypal and Ebay, just make sure you login into the site and enter your postal code as the same that you enter on both of the above.
