ebay problem first purchase

Hi guys!
I have a problem, I opened an ebay stealths account with new data, email, paypal etc. I did everything right. I have verified paypal with real bank account. I transferred $ 10 from bank account to paypal account, and when I want to make the first purchase is shown below http://s54.radikal.ru/i145/1201/57/0bfef5b01f5d.jpg. I bought Vcc and I added, it did not work, I bought the second Vcc here on site. All failed the verification. What to do? Any ideas? What card should I use? Thank you!

They may have seen your real name on yr bank acct if you withdrew.

This is standard for most new accounts.

They want you to prove you are you.

If you used VPN you have a problem.

Cards will not fix it really

another option is to go around and find a open wifi to create your account.
