I don't know if iam posting this in the right section but i bought an adult item on ebay with money order and i never received it, iam in georgia. seller is in MO, is there any legal action i can take to get my money back> no tracking number on the item either.

You can report the person to their local authoritys -usually the internet crimes/fraud division ..i would get the info and than email them with the info so they know you are serious ....not sure if much will come of it ..also you can contact the money order company and track it to get the info .. good luck
Have you tried contacting the seller? What is the sellers feedback ratings and how long has he/she been selling? If they're ignoring you and new to eBay you might have to say bye to that money unless you go all out to get it back. If he/she has been selling for awhile and has positive reviews maybe give it a little more time and bombard him/her with e-mails. Might just be a small complication or error in delivery.
