The Vanilla mastercard is clearly the best as far as VCC goes in Canada. As for VBA, you can open (and close) unlimited number of accounts online with Tangerine and use them for PayPal. Real name only obviously but unless you plan to create dozens of accounts it shouldn't be an issue.

I don't know about VBA I don't know of any did get an account with one and it's good. I did get prepaid visa cards last year from the food store the $25 ones here in Canada.

I did get 1 account and selling on it. The other 2 failed because I didn't add a bank account and started selling so before selling do add a bank account! I don't know about VCC I wouldn't risk it personally I would use prepaid visa card. VBA if it works out for you great. I used a bank account at PC someone posted about it so PC is good you can also call them up and get 3 accounts it doesn't matter if checking or savings either. And mismatch name works for me to verify it.

Bank is always created in real name - paypal is not in real name - cornerstone of stealth process...
