I use RBC Visa gift card open an account. but the paypay account still need to add a bank account to get verified. is there any way to get the paypal verified without link a bank account???

No, for Canadian accounts, a bank account is mandatory to verify your Paypal account.

now I understand. I have to open bank account for each stealth ebay account. no other choice.

Bank accounts verify paypal.

VCCs confirm paypal.

I already have Desjardins accounts and have tested them :) I am talking about smaller unions.

As for Desjardins...one of the best banks to have for OTHER services...very caring bank
