I use RBC Visa gift card open an account. but the paypay account still need to add a bank account to get verified. is there any way to get the paypal verified without link a bank account???

Desjardins may be suitable

I already have Desjardins accounts and have tested them I am talking about smaller unions.

As for Desjardins...one of the best banks to have for OTHER services...very caring bank
