PayPal - Visa Gift Card Help

I was planning on buying a visa gift card since I don't own a credit card, I was wondering, After I am done with the card and there is still a balance on the card, Do I have to keep it? Can I just destroy the card? If not I guess I will donate the rest to someone with a "Chip In" up.

Also, If I enter the exact same address and phone number in Paypal as when I registered the card, there is no chance of me going through that Expanded Verification Process (or whatever it's called). I was just making sure before I bought the thing.

1. I suggest you get the ebay stealth guide before you do anything. It'll help you alot.

Agree with saijin but from my own experience of gift cards in Canada, you can't really top it up.

Expanded Verification process can ALWAYS be asked by PaypaL - even entering all your info to match doesn't mean they won't limit you if your activites raise a flag.

Once you get the EXP USE number and verification completed you shouldn't need the card anymore as long as you keep enough in your PP account to cover your ebay fees.
It makes things much easier to add a bank account to your Paypal account, then you can use PP as your preferred method of paying your ebay fees
