Is it possible to request an ip address from specific location when using a vpn service? or they just assign you any ip address located in north america.

If i need an ip address from.. let's say QC province, can i request it to the vpn service provider?

Regarding the canadian paypal accounts, do they also need a bank account to get verified ?

Hello,
You need to get a Bank Account in order to get verified but you can get it easily. Before ordering vpn you can ask them what location it will be. They will tell you as they have many locations. Also I have been talking to madvpn.com which there canadian ip is located in Hamilton, ON. But why does it matter since you can order it then find the location of your ip.

I am using blacklogic too, and is pretty good. It is only $50 an year, for a shared ip.

I wouldn't create any account of mine on a shared IP. Because you run the risk that someone else could use that IP and log in to THEIR Ebay account, therefore linking you to them via IP.
And there are plenty of EBAY users/sellers out there! Even if they don't log in at the same time your still forever linked to any accounts that ever used that shared IP. It just doesn't sound like a good idea me.

Yeah true, but I don't really care if I get suspended. I always can create a new ebay account. Also I don't have much of a volume. Then again a private ip is much better but cost allot more. It is $200 for one year.
