I wanted to ask what is the best merchant account for CANADIANS to use on ebay. I know that google checkout does not work on Canada, but what are other alternatives.

CCNow and 2checkout are a couple.

Ccnow, I have to manually send an invoice after the auction is over and 2checkout does not accept ebay since I have called them.

Internet Secure or PSI gate

Internet Secure is easier to get approved with.

CCNow and 2checkout are not merchant account providers, they are payment processors.

Try alertpay.com and moneybookers.com. Both are available to Canadians. Automatic invoicing is going to be a problem with many or the paypal alternatives because ebay would prefer you to use paypal so they do not make it easy.

I havent used PSI gate before but i have heard good things about their service plus they allow you to use interac which is exactly what i was looking for. I would ditch Paypal all together if this works out.

Psi gate charges:

Setup Fee
Canadian funds - $199.00
US funds - $99.00
Both funds - FREE

Monthly Fee
Canadian funds - $44.95
US funds - $29.95
Both funds - $25.00

Transaction Fee
Canadian funds - $0.29
US funds - $0.45
Both funds - $0.30

They are pretty expensive compared to the other two.
