Does Paypal Verify the name associated with a VCC?
 
For example:

I purchase a Vanilla Mastercard and activate it with my real name John Smith and Stealth address.

I then add the card to my Paypal but instead of using my real name I use my stealth name like Johnny Smith.

Would this cause any problems?

No.
Just make sure the addresses match - address put on a VCC and PP

So you purchased a Prepaid Card? Why not just use a Visa/MC Gift Card....

Newb Mistake on my part! But its a pain to return prepaid cards so I would like to try it out, but from here on Ill remember to get the gift cards haha.:behindsofa:

Paypal cannot verify the name on these cards unless they follow-up with the cc provider with subpoena and other legal docs - very very rare.
