Need help with visa vcc

Hello,

When i try to add visa vcc which i bought here i get the message That my card was declined

I made my uk PayPal yesterday and i have New fresh IP.

Someone know how can i add my card?

The vcc is bad... the vccs I use have to be added in 24 hours.

If you bought it here then contact the seller and ask for his assistance - theres no reason for it to be declined if it was never used before.

some card bins may be banned by pp or other merchants

ask your supplier if the vcc has a balance in it if you don't have a balance in it won't work. as some prepaid card don't work anymore

Not all. Some sellers will give you a longer period of time to add it on. End of the day we're all running businesses, so may not have time to add it/confirm it right away.

If a card is blacklisted, usually PayPal still let you add it, and then limit the account shortly after asking for docs.

Its not usual for it to be declined.

I wouldn't do that. If a card is declined, contact the seller to establish if the card has sufficient balance and is still active, prior to contacting PayPal.
