Capital One Eno VCCs?

I have just finished reading the stealth guide and I know it said to avoid real credit cards when it comes to verifying accounts. I was wondering if anyone has used Capital One Eno cards to verify? I can generate a new card whenever I want and it will have a different card number, date and 3-digit security code. The name on the card doesn't matter but I believe the only thing that needs to be consistent is the billing zip code. The only thing I am not sure of is if capital one will tell eBay that the card is a vcc and link it back to my original (banned acc) card. Anyone have any ideas regarding VCC practices?

P.S. I plan on using Eno to pay for my eBay fees as well so if Eno is not a reliable source please lmk

edit: I am realizing that the billing address must be consistent with the main credit card, that being said will eBay link the two accounts together if the billing address is the same but its a completely different cc? (This will mainly be used for paying eBay fees) and if they do link from the billing address is it possible to modify your address to where it acts as an apartment complex? ex: 123 W ST Apt A1 or something like that. I'm mainly just trying to see if my current capital one card will be useful at all in regards to its eno functionality or if I have to buy prepaid cards everytime I pay fees and such.
