get local israeli debit cards , ebay most likely will not accept any cards registered in a country different from country of registration

there are some israeli users here , you could ask them but if you are not located in israel yourself it may be better to use another country. israel has just a few banks so cards there are not as abundant as in EU countries for example

the issue still exist I have contacted many VCC site they told me they try to fix this issue as eBay not accepted it anymore

Huh? If you look in my signature VCCs are still offered and other marketplace sellers also offer them.

So not sure why you said this?

Ebay uk says error message in red banner that "We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card."

If you do a BIN check on that number you will find that it is WESTERN STATES BANKCARD ASSOCIATION in UNITED STATES.

A USA credit card will not work for UK eBay.

Ask the seller for the first 6 numbers if the VCC they are offering and do a BIN check, if they are not UK originated they will not work in eBay.

I can't pay for an item on ebay.
I have been struggling with this issue for several days. In technical support they talk about assembling another device, and so on.
But after reading the community, I understand that this is a replica for beginners. ebay support didn't tell me there was a limit.
Just cleared cookies, replaced device, in incognito mode.
At the moment I cannot pay with Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay or Payoneer.
Please advise what can be done in this case.
