Ebay ask me to add a Credit Card on my ebay UK account , I tried many times but failed , Anyone know where to buy or get a VCC that can be successfully linked with ebay UK account ??

It looks like OP is outside the UK with a stealth account so their details of their credit card will not match that of the account and will fail.

There are loads around both here and in shops that can be bought and used
