Debid Card For Stealth Acc Withdrawls

I have been searching all the internets for such a thing,romanian accounts don't have the option for Bank Accounts ,only for credit card withdrawls (visa only ) Anybody know if there is such a thing as to order a prepaid debit card ,so i can withdraw from the stealth account ?I verify my accounts with VCC,all fine and dandy,but when it comes to withdrawls i tried to rely on sending the money to friends real account,and then withdraw,but its risky,and lots of comisions and the fee to my buddy,i searched the web i came across some sites that claim to sell such cards,but how safe is this thing,assuming its not a scam.

I just came across Entropay .From what i read on their site,i can receive payments into my VCC,wich in turn i can withdraw to my real card,can someone who works with euro accounts that withdraw only thru Visa CC can confirm this ?.

hi there, i am also from romania. I will see how i can get a prepaid entropay account. That would be great because i have one visa that i need to close (i had it on an acct that now has negative balance) and one mastercard, but pp don't accept mastercard to withdraw.

I will pm u after i get my prepaid card. Thanks.
