Ebay/Paypal verify via VCC

So I have had many stealth accounts over the years. It has come the time to create new ones. I understand that that the way that we used to verify accounts (Ebay and PP) with VCC has since changed.

I do have the stealth guide, yet it does not cover what VCC cards works today to verify Ebay seller accounts and PP accounts. This is the part i need info on so I can proceed and setup my stealth accounts and get back to selling.

Alot of the post that deal with verifying accounts today are not clear. Of course we don't want to just post this type of info in the forums, but I would appreciate if someonce could PM and assist me with VCC.

As i stated I have the stealth guide 3.0 and have read the section regarding which VCC to use but with the talk on the forum some of those do not work today. I have my new phone #, bank account etc, and just need help on the VCC part. Its been a while since I have had to create a new stealth account.
