I just goggled and saw a forum called talkgold.com that sells virtual prepaid debit cards (vcc's) for a few dollars for paypal verification. are these safe? or will they result in a limited paypal?

The site to me looks shady, and the people selling cards there I've heard aren't the best people. But then again I've read of people buying cards there with no problem. I wouldn't trust them with my money. Just be careful if you use them.
