They charge a 50$ activation fee which is really too high! Just go to your local supermarket and get some visa/mc gift card for 20-25$.

well this one i think you can transfer money from your paypal to the VCC but im not 100% sure

Looks interesting, their FAQ does not say whether it comes with a bank account number, says to contact them if you want to use it to verify paypal. Maybe we should contact them for more info.

this is what they say:

We are sorry! This payment method is currently unavailable!

Plus its virtual so you can't pull cash off it, and a $50 fee. There are many better options.
