balance in entropay VCC to verify paypal and ebay account ??

i'm new here and i'm from indonesia
nice to meet you all,
i have some questions about entropay VCC
here it is
i've made and have loaded $20.00 to entropay primary card, and now i'm creating VCC to verify ebay and paypal account.
actually, how much should i load a VCC balance with ??
i've tried to load $1 to VCC that verifies ebay account but it failed, and then $1.98 for verifying paypal account and it also failed and, when i tried to link my VCC to paypal, it failed
and there is this message
We were unable to verify this credit card.
Please check if the information you entered is correct.
If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card.

so how should i do ??
anyone could help me ??
i want to verify my ebay and paypal account using entropay's VCC

Load your virtual credit card with 4$ will working. Sometimes, when i verifying my credit card paypal take from my card 2.95 sometimes 1.95. Just load with 4$ or 54 and all should be ok.

$4 is ok just to verify paypal or $4 could verify both paypal and ebay account ??

Exactly - cut off is $3.00 but to be safe $4-5 is good amount. Both.

At least US$5 is good. You only need to use entropay for paypal. WHen paypal is verified, attach that to ebay account
