you know, always been difficult for sellers from overseas outside of UK(or US), and i tried so hard from VPN...proxy...AOL brower...software(AUCTIVA)...even 3389 port hacked servers(buy from others). Each time when i got this 3rd party access limit, I thought i was doing sth. wrong with the access. but this time is different. the first email with "billing exclusion" came first followed the "3rd party access limit" notice. So i think ebay updated it's database and monitor those card(e.g. ENTROPAY) information when register.
have to find another way to sort this out.:(

I,m always a little reluctant to open accounts, just for the sake of it, as i rarely lose them.. opened an Ebay account and used Entropay 48hrs ago.. as yet, have had no problems, or dodgy emails.. listed ok etc.. from the UK and registered UK.. i suspect your problems lay somewhere within the fact that your not from the Uk, and are trying to verify UK account etc.. and something is happening to raise an alert, poss something to do with Ur IP..

It's all about your location. Any website that requires your financial details will be concerned if you enter details that are not in the local you are entering them from.

Yeah, location problems...survived from overseas for 3 years with ebay, and now have to find another way to sort this out.

Remember to use another ip address too - I read on a blog ebay prefer to see a regular ip address than one that changes.
