Both of those look expensive for a VCC. We have sellers here that are cheaper.

thats what i thought....but theyre both physical cards backed by visa and banks...and both have reloadable vcc options

I didn't see anything on either of those sites that would allow you to create new VCC's. They just give you the ability to reload them.

no i was wondering if i could buy their method off them since none of the vcc sellers i have come in contact with will sell their method..
