| Thanks man, was confused about what to do because with the AUS post ANZ cards it is their immediately, but all good.

@craigaus, What do you mean by accounts opened outside of Australia ...
opening .au accounts out of the country? or things like .com accounts in the US using that specific card? |

Both actually, a like to 'have a go' as we say down here which just means try and see what happens. As I travel a often I try and open ebay/paypal accounts in other countries. I have been able to use these cards to open both Australian based and local based accounts when I have been abroad. |

Anybody else hav any luck getting the 9.95 reloadable woolworths card? I was informed i would need to provide id and i cant with my stealth so ive been sticking with the 2.95 card |

yes you need to apply for the reloadable one, that's why i use (and many other here i reckon) the prepaid, non reloadable one. |

I'm kind of new to this, but does this mean that If i add a Woolies card, which i can get for 3 bucks, can i withdraw paypal funds into the card and then go to an ATM and get this in hard cash?
If not, could someone recommend me where i could get one that could preform these actions?
I'm currently living in Australia :)

you can verify anything with a Visa Gift card, but you cant withdraw or anything...

Also, If i wanted to put cash into a Visa debit, Could i make a paypal for ANOTHER country region, and then link A debit to the account and withdraw? :o or would i get limited? o.o |
