no registration needed for woolies prepaid card, after all why do you want to register your name address etc when the whole purpose is to stay under the radar?

No woolies prepaid card doesn't need any details at all. You go and do your everyday grocery shopping and buy the card same time and that's all you need to do. No id no address nothing.

BUT BUT BUT, you need to use your REAL ID and real card details to create the entropay account :smash:

Proxies are not really recommend.

Australia can use any VCC or prepaid card to verify ur seller ebay acc & PP acc.

If not, what are some ways to withdraw funds from paypal if you don't have a bank account linked?

Many ways,you will have to decide yourself which is the best one:

Register an Ebay account with the address of a shipping agent
Buy stuff on Ebay and send to another address which you have access to
Use a Coinstar machine if you happen to live in Texas(the only place where these machines will pay out PP money at the moment)
Sell stuff on a bank confirmed account, and buy with your non-bank account
Find a supplier who know's you and will deliver to another address to what's on your stealth account.
Buy VCC's online and spend the cash that way(although you would lose a considerable amount)
Buy stuff on forums that will accept Paypal Gift and get them to deliver wherever.
ExchangeZone - easy and secure, member to member, e-currency auction service, swap PP money for LibertyReserve(altough I have no clue what LR is)

I do not endorse any of these ideas, just brainstorming

I need to know that to! Can you withdraw from paypal to a credit card or only bank account?

In .au and .uk only bank accounts can be used to withdraw.
