I believe most reloadable cards are bank accounts.

i agree with everyone, all debit cards are good, but the question is, which ones are good with stealth accounts info? and give you direct access to your account transactions online, instead of mailing the card to you and activating it. i would love to know too.

Me too, I'm looking for a re-load card that I can use with my eBay Stealth info and not my actual SSN. So far, no answer. I'm based within the US.

U just goto know where to look i had a few cards back in 05 or 06 that i bought off a fourms that didnt require a ssn. they was called virtual money cards. VM cards
