is there still issues using vccs for ebay and paypal verification? or do i need avs's?

AVS's are always more secure - I think VCCs still work but a lot depends on HOW you operate with the account and not just the setup.

VCC curently You can use only for eBay and for some Paypal countries, for USA Paypal - VCC was banned since August 2010, now on US PP You can use only AVS Credit cards,

Yep. Only AVS vcc work On USA PP now! U can PM me for infos.

I can do combo AVS USA PP/ Ebay VCC in one and save u some $ instead of buying two vcc's. So same infos on the card and card # for both!

From USA only AVS VCC work
From normal country VCC can work...
VCC exp 3 month is banned...
Now only VCC exp 1 Year Working....
