Its very hard to understand this website, but here is a visa that appears to be marketed for using to withdraw paypal funds to a credit card.

There are many interesting offers on this website, although I am trying to figure these things out.

LoL that's probably true. I just found a distributer of virtual prepaid cards who also accepts Paypal as a form of payment: Virtual Credit Cards

i purchased from paycards in the past... it's bs... the first few cards worked, and all the others were worthless after that, and he wouldn't refund or answer emails.

The card I saw recently that is Reloadable/ Reusable- was marked netspend, but was actually an "ALL ACCESS" Visa--it was a Silver card--at WALMART...
