I'm talking hypothetically, this is a discussion board after all. This topic can be looked at from a number of different angles, eg. security.
So the question still stands - do bank's require you to sign up with the address (and phone number) you've got listed in your credit rating? From a security point of view my guess would be no. However if you take into consideration the fact that people move a lot these days, it would seem unrealistic for the credit companies to keep track of up-to-date information. Thus making it unreasonable for the banks to require matching information.
Please share if you actually have related experience regarding this or you work in a bank.
