Thumbs up eBanking by Bank Of America

If you are looking for a way to confirm bank account for your Paypal account, I would suggest eBanking by Bank Of America. I am currently only using eBanking to verify all my Paypal accounts. Currently I have 3 checking accounts with Bank of America. There is no monthly fee and you can open as many as you want via online. All you have to do is deposit $25 online, which you can withdraw after your account is active. Its fast and free!

Another bank I would suggest is StatFarm, but I prefer BAC.

Hope this information is helpful!

Slim Jim, is right. However, I believe you do not have to use the debit card once a month. I personally have an account that I haven't used for the past 3 months and I still haven't been charged a penny.

cktwo45, you are confusing MyAccess Checking account with eBanking.

When I opened my 1st BofA account the CSR said to avoid fees I needed to use the debit card only once. After opening the account, I walked outside and used the ATM. Never any fees.

Is there any other major Banks that have no fees with only a $25 minimum balance?

edit: I see the OP recommended StateFarm. May have to check them out.

StateFarm has the same system as BofA. Only $25 Minimum balance to start of an no monthly fees. Since StateFarm does not have any branch, they offer its customers to use any ATM machine and they will waive the fees.

Default BOA E-Banking

So far I have not had a problem. I have a Canada ebay account that I transfer funds to my BOA account and works great!
