Alternatives to Payoneer??

Hello everybody,

Are there any (fast!) alternatives to Payoneer card? I'm waiting on acceptance for this card to cash out my PayPal funds, but still haven't received a reply yet. Does anybody use a better one? Please, share it!!!

I'm just desperate to cash out (my believe it or not, honest and well - earned!) money. It's not much but still would help a lot.
