Withdraw problem for first time
 

Hello there,
I have recently withdraw money to my debit card, witch I have done several times before, and the status on paypal was complete. I was waiting for about 10 days for the money to show on my card, but instead of that they returned on my PP like transfer from PP. I contacted my card issuer and was told no money came in my acc. This happened on my 3 stealth accounts.
Have anybody else had same experience?

You mean the Paypal payment was reversed? Is this card visa or Mastercard?

Which card was it?

If it worked in the past without any issues.. I can only assume it was rejected by the card issuer. Does the name you have on PayPal match the card?

It could be your bank doesn't allow more then $2k in deposits per month (from PP). If this is a prepaid visa card. I know the US one I use doesn't allow more then $500 per day from PP and more then $2k from PP.

The Card has same name as paypal, I have not reached any limit. I have just made another withdraw so will see what happen The card is VISA

Double check what their daily or monthly limit is.

I've tried to withdraw $800 and it got stuck for 8 days floating around coming back. PP didn't do anything but the bank rejected it. So I always do $499 max!

And I can't do more then $2,000 per month from paypal.

But it's fine cause I use my USA account withdraw just to live and I use my European card and got no problem dropping 1300 euros+ each withdraw.

I did 2500 euros once, no problems.

The same problem, several withdravals in Euros and US$ (amounts ~200 Euros and ~300US$) made between 2 Aug and 15 Aug returned back to PP account with identical note and PP withdrawal fee were not refunded:

All my PP accounts are stealth with confirmed VISA cards from different banks, earlier received PP withdrawals to those VISA cards without any problems within 2-3 business days after status of withdrawal was changed to Completed.
E-mailed to PP 5 days ago - still no response.

In PP statement it looks like funding from VISA card and not reverse, because of the privacy time and amount hidden:

I uses VISA cards from 3 different banks. All cards were verified by entering PP code from statement 2-3 monthes ago and received withdrawals till this moment without any problems.

On 18 Aug I started new withdrawal on the new PP stealth account with new card, PP withdrawal was completed 24 hours after it was initiated. While money not arrived back and also not arrived to my card but I was expected money yesterday.

It is not that I have reached the limit as last month I withdrawed more. I did withhdraw on cards with same names as on paypal so that is not the reason. I contacted paypal for solution and waiting for the answer. I guess it is some problem with the card issuer but I am afraid what will I do with the moneyl on all my accounts and what will I do in future. I finaly found perfect items and was infront of doing good earnings and this happened :(. I will keep you inform herebwhatever happenes. If anyone have any solution what to do with the money please help.

spend them on clothes anything eletrical or you could do something else

The same problem. I have two accounts: Latvia and Israel. Both accounts have option withdraw to Visa card. All my August withdrawals came back to PP with this message: "Payment from:Paypal;OC Scheme Reject Corrections". Both accounts work about 2 years and everything was ok.

Does the country of your paypal account match the card issuer? Macedonian paypa haven't option withdraw to card.

I use Slovenian bank. I recived message from pp that they have tecnicalproblems. I have made onother withdraw on saturday and I am waiting to see what will happen

By which way you contacted PP ?
I sent 3 messages through PP site Contact us and still no any live response within last 10 days.

Just started a new withdrawal, status of withdrawal was changed from Pending to Completed within 20-30 sec, it's very strange - usually it takes 24 hours.

I contacted them via mail. I wrote them the ID of withdraw and ID of the returned money and was told there is tehnical problem with paypal but I think the problem is I use macedonian card on slovenian pp. So far this was not a problem, but now it seem it is :(

Could you please give me e-mail of PP where you sent your question ?
Also could you please provide the answer from PP which you received on your question without personal information.

I contacted them from the send us mail option. I ereceived mail from webform@intl.paypal.com
I write vi phone and I cant coppy the mail at the moment, but they told me my acc was reviewed and they can confirm they have tehnical issues that are resolved now

Will hope it's already resolved.
Today at morning I started a new withdrawal and status of withdrawal already changed to Completed, so money must be visible at my Visa card tomorrow at evening. Will see...

I made withdraw on saturday it was completed imidatly, mone should arrive intil friday.Will write you what will happen

Today at morning I made withdrawal from latvian PP acc to latvian Visa card.
Witdrawals which I made last 3 weeks were made to latvian and polish Visa cards but all of them were returned back.

Were the returned withdraws from deferent countries or you withdrawed to one card with same country as pp

Polish visa cards have been getting more and more troublesome for weeks.

Since beginning of August I made 5 or 6 withdrawals to different Visa's (latvian and polish) but all of them were returned back on 18.Aug with note:

Payment from:Paypal;OC Scheme Reject Corrections

Withdrawal fees were not refunded.

i have the same problem whithdrawing from itlaian pp to jordan visa card after 15 days the money is back to pp account

Withdrawal from 19.Aug still not arrived, also still no any autorization on my Visa card for withdrawal from 27.Aug

Contacted them by e-mail (just replied to their automatic response and asked for help) and received 2 different answers to one question.

I was told they had tehnical problems you were told it is your card issuer. Do you have any idea what might be the problem. Maybe the problem is if you withdraw in country withdrawl is not alowed no mether the card is from other country

PP acc from which I contacted I use for 2 years and in past I received withdrawals within max 2-3 business days after it was completed, country of PP registration and country of card bank issuer in this PP acc are different.
But the same problem with my PP acc where country of PP registration and country of card bank issuer are identical.

Also a lot of peoples claims for the same problem from the end of July. I still beleive it's only a technical problem of PP.
