Buying Ebay/Amazon Items with Vanilla Visa

Say Im in this situation:

I normally drop from amazon to ebay. However, I notice an ebay seller who sells an item i recently sold cheaper than amazon. I don't have any funds in my paypal to buy it then send to my buyer. I can't use my own credit card. Can I get a Vanilla Visa Card and buy ebay items from ebay and ship to my buyer?

Also , can i use Vanilla on amazon to buy items?

You can add your Vanilla Visa to your PayPal account. Then, buy the item from Ebay.

is it better to use a different visa card than the one you verified the account with. Or can I just use a reloadable vanilla gift card and use it for everything?
