Ebay won't let check me out above $170 with

I was checking out on an ebay account but it won't let me pay with a ebay gift card code.
It seems the max i can check out is around $170.
The account is 100% and has no limitations, it is however a month old and i used it for one other purchase spending a $500 card.

What am i doing wrong here?

The account has not enough history/trust yet with paypal.

Many users here have the same trouble.

Basically you are just going to have to wait this one out. My fresh ones are letting me checkout above this just fine.
