VCCs with AVS

I know of account sellers that use VCCs with AVS. Does anyone know how to make these for eBay/Paypal?

Can I then register the vanilla card online to verify any address?

That is correct.
Log onto the Vanilla card website and change the zipcode to match the one you use for the account you wish to attach It to and youre good to go.

just used vanilla card and it does not work, updated the postal code on vanilla site but not amazon canada and .com both refused it

cant enter USA postal code on vanilla site as it only says 6 digit

confused any help plz
