For withdrawal you need to issue a visa card.
Countries that allow you to withdraw money to a card:
Bahrain, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Oman,
Philippines, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates Uruguay.

| Yes. Using this option for a long time already. Works ok more or less. But card must be identity verified or it will be blocked when money arrives from paypal. |

paypal hate VCC from my experience.
I paid a lot of money for a VCC private and also a socks5 proxy for UK and paypal knew right away on the phone and every withdrawal is always 72 hours on VCC ive found. |
