Will bitcoin crash?
 

I think it will crash at under 1000$

Why i think so? because the trading volumes went down drastically. i can't explain why ... in some days people pay with bitcoins so much and in others no.

Interesting theory...but it is fuelled by an illicit market so kind of doubtable...

depends on what you think a crash is, because if it was a stock it crashes once a week but for a crypto they are very volatile

Because of the UASF that will take place that date.

If there is no clear transition to the upgraded system and Bitcoin splits into two separate currencies? quite possibly.

I expected it to fall when it reached 3000$ but I think the realistic price in the next months will be 2000-2500$. Definitely dont think it will crash that much

no way the fork does anything except fear stroke some people might be a good time to buy in the fear zone. I am buying ETH like crazy, i still firmly believe in it.

THE largest fraudulent website that used bitcoin, also known as alphabay, went down the other day. Thats why I believe the price has dropped a bit with less transactions.

Back to my theory about how bitcoin is mainly popular because of illegal transactions.

bitcoin is popular because of the crazy growth and semi anonymous style of it. the price is going to drop for a minute to soak up all the coins alphabay stole. the whole crypto market is sweating. The alt market is flooded and I think it will start to feel the heat from that. all those alt ICO's are coming to fruit and the dumpers are dumping them for ETH and BTC and LTC, alt market is flooded. People are now saying screw this and ETH is coming back to reality because people are not buying tons of eth to buy the ICO crap. BTC price is based on the daily users not the hoarders, Scammers need the coins they dont give a crap what the investors will pay for them they need them and need them today!

ICOs just remind me of all the sc/ams that blew up on Kickstarter and Indiegogo when those sites became known worldwide. sc.ammers were frothing at the mouth and they're doing the same with ICOs

the bottom is coming, the only problem is you wont be able to buy much during this tsunami and it will bounce back even higher after d day

what are you saying becuz alphabay went down that people are not buying btc? Alpha is like any cartel new leaders waiting to come online everyday

I'm just saying that everyone that solely purchases bitcoin to immediately spend it... is cut down drastically recently which I believe has made it crash. Everyday ordinary people or large drug dealers that aren't tech savvy and don't know the other markets, or other currencies, are completely on holt right now. And a lot of them lost their coin to that bust as well.

I might just need to put my tin foil hat back on.

LBC volumes are normal and have not had any change and I would assume 90% of "dirty" coins come from there

Agreed. I hope it comes down so I can buy cheap BTC.

I bet $1000 -- $1500 the closer we get to Aug 1st
