Its a pump and dump.

If anything, now is the time to buy BTC while everyone else is believing the Bitcoin Cash hype. Suppose to be a Korean Company pumping up Bitcoin Cash. I think it already might have fell 25%.

1st Time I ever said that about any coin. Search my posts and call me a lair. I've spent all day researching this, just posting my findings. Who really knows whats going on behind the scenes.

Bitcoin cash is suppose to have faster transaction times at a lower fee. And they supposedly solved the block time issue. Here is a post that makes Bitcoin Cash sound amazing.

But from everything else I read, including posts on bitcoinforum.org and what miners are saying in the Discord Server I'm on... it's all hype.

it looks like its happening right now as a matter of fact. watch word coin index. looks like bitcoin's moving fast just in the last couple minutes. End of the day buys. bitcoin cash just dropped back $100 and BTC jumped back to 67 and change...

I think he means the actual functionality of BCC(BCH) is superior to BTC. The one big thing holding back the switch is all of the stakeholders in BTC and that ecommerce only accepts BTC right now. But BTC never set out to be the best digital coin available, only the first.

I know you are a bit more informed than that with regards to cryptocurrencies in general - I can quote a whole stack of your 'to the moon' cheers in favor of bitcoin. Or have you forgotten about all those.
Bitcoin is the gold standard at the moment and I dont see it changing anytime soon.
And perhaps next time you make one of your cheerleader statement you should actually back it up with some sort of research or article - the way another member did above.

From a quick read everyone is saying pump and dump of BCH and attack on BTC.

I don't like it. Nobody likes to see their holdings value go down but I'm treating this as a good time to buy more. I bought more. If it goes down to 5.5k I'll buy even more.

Bitcoin isn't going anywhere. BCH is not BTC.

BCH is going to get murdered in december... coinbase had 550k bitcoin left in it during the august fork. 1 Jan 2018 EVERYONE gains access to BCH that was left in Coinbase
what happens in economics when there is a surge of supply.

If that gets cancelled... Then I'd start to believe the hype and worry. (unless its just a regulatory issue).

I'd suggest keeping up with the news on that topic if you have stake in BTC.

Is anyone sleeping tonight and if so, what do you set your limits at? You can cash out into USDT for only 1.02 on your dollar if you don't like the ride.

Tomorrow everyone will suddenly get 16.5 million bitcoin gold added to their wallets(maybe over a couple days). That's 16.5b in added market cap assuming it's trading at $1000.

For those still holding bitcoin, you must be up big on the year already. You can always buy back in.

Holy crap, on coin cap it says it's at $2446 right now. When I posted that I was going to trade some coins into BCH but kraken was being glitchy and laggy and wasn't working. Missed out on some easy gains.

Yes I use the coin cap app to track all of the coins. They are kinda buggy and the charts don't update during the weekends (for whatever reasons) but they do the job.

Why would it matter what phone you are using? Bit confused on that.

What a crazy evening! I spent 2 hours on Kraken getting those trades in

I have officially sold all my Bitcoin Cash (average sell price $2250) and moved it to Ethereum.

Difficulty for BCC is going up I believe in approximately 20 hours, which is when those Bitcoin transactions lagging behind should go through (once mining hashing power goes back to BTC).

I'm guessing a huge BCC dump is coming verrry shortly.

We should be seeing a pretty solid ETH/BTC rally.

I still highly suggest coin cap. They give you alerts on your phone and even if it is buggy... it gives you every single coin out there that you can look into.

I am currently using it on an iPhone 7. Will be getting the X in next couple weeks and will see if it runs better on there.

I really need to get into day trading. I need someone to come over and walk me through it. Its so frustrating just watching all of the potential money I could be making on the side (of course I could lose money as well, but still).

No problem. It's an awesome app if you haven't already opened it up and looked through it. You can organize the coins by different filters etc.

They need to delete the dead coins though. Its a work in progress.

Only thing I wish they could add is where each coin could be purchased from since there are so many random exchanges that sell only a certain amount of coins.

Been pretty much up all night labeling FBA products and hoping that kraken starts to work for me. Been checking it every 30 minutes. No luck.

It was a pretty well orchestrated BCH p/d. I can see price dropping another 50% within the next 24 hours

Jan 1st coinbase is suppose to release bitcoin cash for their customers, but I imagine the BCH price will be much lower by then.
