Bitcoin getting above 10,000 was a MAJOR Milestone, however a significant bullish indicator would be if it can stay above 10,000 for 24 Hours, at that point I could agree that Bitcoin may actually test its High of 19,000 at some point this spring,,

Any particular reason you went with 1080ti's? I was under the impression that their price didnt realy justify the benefit as far as cryptomining goes.

It seemed like they put out the best sols/watt, so it was more of a power issue for me than getting the fastest ROI. Also, they were only $700 when I got them in June and now they go for around $1000, so it's not that bad. I didn't actually run it until December because it kept shutting off after a few minutes until I realized I needed to run it off its own 20 amp breaker. I probably lost like $5k in those 6 months I wasn't using it to mine.

Yup... unconfirmed transactions have been down for a couple weeks now too.

Transactions with ~5 satoshis are being confirmed within an hour

I got screenshots from about 1-2 months ago showing significantly less rich wallets in the 100-100,000 range.

Lots of panic selling with the rich scooping up cheaper Bitcoin.

Money moving hands from the less patient to the more patient.... Standard manipulation

I have totally changed the way I trade coins from start. It took me some months, but finally started using charts. Much more effective.

I did sell most of my litecoin with a stop-sell at $245 on Gdax. Also, had second stop-sell at $250 and it did hit $250 on bitstamp, however only around $249 on gdax so that was no go.

I did dump all my bitcoin just above $11000 for profit. Looking to get back in around $9800. Maybe a bit bearish... Ill keep working on it.

ETH I aslo took profit just under $900. I bought a whole bunch pretty low.

My biggest loser is BCH. If I get back to profit I will sell it and not buy it back.

Most alt-coins I am HODL.

I will continue to swing trade BTC, ETH and LTC.....

Anyone else actively trading? What hour chart are you using? I'm using 4hr and 1 day.

It did hit $9800 maybe it possible to short.

However, looking at daily we are still headed for some downside. I have lowered my expectation to $7800... I could possibly lose my original position of $9800. But, not every trade is a win. I'm going $7800 Stop-Buy and if I miss it ill take it from there.

There has actually been some bullish news. Segwit getting adopted and good news about regulation that is accepting and adopting crypto. Well at least they are looking at it.

Take a look at the daily chart though for bitcoin. We have only 2 down candles, the RSI still showing it in sell territory and
Keltner chanels also still show oversold. They have been on point looking at history.

I would like bitcoin to test 7k again to give some more buying opportunity and make the last “bottom” and official one.

$9800 was actually perfect on point for 4hr chart trading.

I am still very bearish on LONG the daily chart still showing potential pulldown. I'm still on Stop-Buy at $7800. Maybe up to $8000. it changes quickly due to emotion trading.

I have permanently put emotion on side I am strictly trading on charts and to make money. I know this gets some people angry that are in it for the technology. Truthfully I'm in only to make money at this point.

I know though the demand is still there. Our little trader group is up to 60k users and everyday people are asking to join. So the new money still there.

That is the problem,,,Crypto currency prices are FAR to reliant on a constant supply of new money coming into the market,,,,,it makes the whole ththing very "Pyramid Like",,,

Not true. Reliant was the wrong choice of word.

The issue is there's a lack of big players in the crypto scene, thus too many weak hands holding it, thus value easily drops when people sell off.

If people held the bitcoin, and exchanged it amongst each other, value would remain more consistent.

But, this is something very new, its here to disrupt the banking system and turn it into confetti... and with anything new, volatility exists in abundance. Whether it will succeed or fail, who knows?
