I do not belittle 'others'. I belittle one specific person - agent006140. If youd look youll see Im not the only one doing so. As for the post about Hank - he attacked me first so I responded in kind.
As for agent - the reason I belittle this person is because he attempts his best to come across as an expert about the crypto markets and offers financial advice as such when he clearly has no idea what hes talking about and by his admission has not a single penny invested himself. Go through this long thread and look up agent's posts and youll notice the pattern of him making his posts/advices only when Bitcoin is on a downturn. He is clearly a nay sayer who has zero faith in crypto in general so for him to be offering financial and investment advice on the topic is ludicrous and ill keep calling him out on it and belittling him in an attempt to offer people reading his posts the proepr perspective and hopefully have them think twice before following his nonsense advice.
As for myself being wrong - show me a single post in which I made a prediction or offered any investment advice. Go ahead and search this thread and show me where Ive done that. I am a big believer in crypto and the underlying technology and I have a LOT of money invested in the crypto markets (if you consider 7 figures a lot) and have done extremly well to the point of being able to stop selling accounts on the forum and effectively retire before the age of 50. I still do not claim to be an expert/prophet and do not consider myself one. In my opinion anyone trying to make predictions is making a fool of themselves. This industry is too new and does not follow the traditional financial markets trends and patterns so I dont believe anyone can make predictions or offer advice with any degree of certainty. As such anyone who does so will be right on average 50% of the time - in other words useless.
The only thing I can say about investing in the crypto markets is use common sense. Do your own research and never invest money that you cannot afford to lose. The two traits I find are most necessary when investing this way are:1. Patience - and LOTS of it 2. Nerves of steel - to NOT sell at a loss. I find that investing in crypto is similar to gambling on the stock markets with one big distinction - if you have the patience and the nerves then you will make a profit. Last year I had to wait 6 months to realize a profit. Never had an issue with it cause Im familiar with this possibility and could afford to wait.
Hope that clarifies my position on things when it comes to this thread. If any of what I wrote above is an issue please do responsd and we can continue this as a ciovilized discussion. |
