Have to keep track of the various coins.

Sounds like this is one of your main jobs now.

I really wish those very accurate posts were not deleted. It really is a shame he can constantly belittle others and get protection. He is wrong at least as much as he is right too. He attacks anyone who disagrees with him. Why delete the posts dishing it back?

yankee - I assume youre referring to me so id like to set a few points straight.
I do not belittle 'others'. I belittle one specific person - agent006140. If youd look youll see Im not the only one doing so. As for the post about Hank - he attacked me first so I responded in kind.
As for agent - the reason I belittle this person is because he attempts his best to come across as an expert about the crypto markets and offers financial advice as such when he clearly has no idea what hes talking about and by his admission has not a single penny invested himself. Go through this long thread and look up agent's posts and youll notice the pattern of him making his posts/advices only when Bitcoin is on a downturn. He is clearly a nay sayer who has zero faith in crypto in general so for him to be offering financial and investment advice on the topic is ludicrous and ill keep calling him out on it and belittling him in an attempt to offer people reading his posts the proepr perspective and hopefully have them think twice before following his nonsense advice.
As for myself being wrong - show me a single post in which I made a prediction or offered any investment advice. Go ahead and search this thread and show me where Ive done that. I am a big believer in crypto and the underlying technology and I have a LOT of money invested in the crypto markets (if you consider 7 figures a lot) and have done extremly well to the point of being able to stop selling accounts on the forum and effectively retire before the age of 50. I still do not claim to be an expert/prophet and do not consider myself one. In my opinion anyone trying to make predictions is making a fool of themselves. This industry is too new and does not follow the traditional financial markets trends and patterns so I dont believe anyone can make predictions or offer advice with any degree of certainty. As such anyone who does so will be right on average 50% of the time - in other words useless.
The only thing I can say about investing in the crypto markets is use common sense. Do your own research and never invest money that you cannot afford to lose. The two traits I find are most necessary when investing this way are:1. Patience - and LOTS of it 2. Nerves of steel - to NOT sell at a loss. I find that investing in crypto is similar to gambling on the stock markets with one big distinction - if you have the patience and the nerves then you will make a profit. Last year I had to wait 6 months to realize a profit. Never had an issue with it cause Im familiar with this possibility and could afford to wait.
Hope that clarifies my position on things when it comes to this thread. If any of what I wrote above is an issue please do responsd and we can continue this as a ciovilized discussion.

We tend to only delete things if it steps across the line

Personally I like the back and forth :) it’s when it starts to get to personal insults that the mods will start to cull a few posts

Stick to accurate info but without being too childish and they stay :)

Yankee - note that again it is all negative news. As I said before he only crawls out from under his rock when its that time and crawls right back under when his downturn projections are proven wrong and the trend reverses itself - as it eventually always does.
At least this time there is no attached prediction or financial advice/recommendation.

Sloker, I appreciate your feedback here. I hear you. I dont like agent either and I do giver her never ending crap when she posts inaccuracies and she does ALL THE TIME haha

It seems you are sensitive to her posts here and understandably. You have a lot on the line and have a lot more experience in this arena.

Re: Crypto Blowing Up

Im only bothered when agent makes a misleading prediction or offers investment advice.
Otherwise I wouldnt even pay attention to that nonsense.
The way I see it agent is the type of individual who missed the boat on buying in the early days when today's main coins were low and just cant let go of the negative feelings. But thats just me.

I was hoping the same. But since BTC is quite expensive, I wanted to accumulate more ETH.

what's your thoughts?

I spoke with a friend realtor he said that due to interest hikes and other things, there are more houses in the market now and they haven't gotten as many offers as when it was hot so he's predicting it'll go down within a year, unless it's an area where the lowest drop was only 3%

14 cities already had a significant drop. Some places will have 30-50% I am guessing. It is just starting. It will be 6-18 months before we see much impact. RE moves very slowly.

The big factor will be job loss. We hear the FED say more and more every day that they need job loss to hit their goal. They just are doing it slowly. Kinda warming us all up to the fact.

The job loss along with $10 diesel fuel driving up costs of everything will be the major mover it seems.

How do you feel about big firms buying out houses to make big money?
