DHgate is down due to hacker...
 

Was told that DHgate was down due to a hack attack from someone in Russia. Information was from a source inside DHgate. :)

How could a hacker remove money from an e-wallet? It's not like you can transfer it elsewhere....

Yeah, i can't access dhgate right now. I just pay with my non ebay used paypal. No problems

still now working. i haven't been able to access the site for about 2 days now. Guess ill switch over to tradetang.com for awhile. Haven't ordered from there in forever.

What in the world is going on? Are people going crazy? Lately hackers have been hacking EVERYONE. I find It pretty funny that all of this corporates can't do anything about the fat jobless guy sitting in front of his computer screen with a large box of pizza. First Sony now Dhgate, whose next?

Dhgate's still working for me since last night, here's a note from their site:

By now on May 10 and 11, a breakdown of network interface connected to outside China has occurred in the neighbourhood where DHgate.com servers are located. It caused a temporary unstable platform and affected our services to you. For this, you may have not been able to log in to our website or My DHgate, nor to make payment or contact sellers or use some online customer service. Replies to your emails or messages may also have to come to you later than usual.

They are back up but little bit slow. The guy from DHgate told me that, the hacker was after the wire transfers coming in. So I do believe it was something with the e wallet because that's how those are funded.
