US Customs letter from ems and dhl red label?

I got my package seized. Of course different first name, but same last name. It has alot of paperwork. What should I do? This letter is over a month old I havent paid attention to it.

I also got a dhl package and it had a red label on the outside said security checked, but it still came here. Is my address flagged or what should I expect? I asked dhl on the phone and they said it was probably just inspected by customs and I asked well it doesnt seem like they opened it and she said probably just went through the x-ray machine.

So it's questions about two different shipments?

Answers are very different.

If it was a red round label or round red label, it was likely X-Rayed & fine for release.

Unless your order was large, it is unlikely that you will be "raided" so to speak. But this should be a wake-up call that you need to stop selling this garbage and find a new line of legitimate products to sell. Selling foo-foo's will NOT get any easier.

In that first video, if that guy was selling the same bag but it didn't have a chanels label on it, would it be considered ' foo-foo' . Generic, non branded. Is it the copying of the name that gets you in trouble?

Crying on here about having Customs do what is LAW, prevent counterfeited items coming into the country.
