Been using a dedicated fresh USA IP for last 2 months without any issues. But suddenly for last 10-12 hours I couldn't connect. Opened a support ticket: 784253

Shared can not be used for stealth.
Dedicated has had at least 60 days rest with no usage by another customer. It's okay to use for stealth.
Fresh have never been used by another customer. These are best for stealth.

I used Ipburger VPN service. Did the job for Ebay and paypal. Actually liked it so much i bought 3 different vps so far. I am sure i will have more than 20 soon, haha!
