If you want to create a new account, we recommend using Residential Proxies as they are best for creating accounts. Fresh IPs (or fresh VPNs) are best for managing already created accounts.

My IP used just for my eBay account on a VM used just for that account came up black listed. Then I spent $10 to get a fresh dedicated IP and it was already black listed. What should I do now?
