Buyer wants refund month after purchase
Hi Everyone,
I have a Studio Converting Outdoor Sofa with cushions i sold on August 31st.
The buyer requested a return and said "The fabric has faded unevenly. I am not happy with the outdoor quality."
I simply told her that the refund policy is within 14 days and that its been a month and she is just now opening a return request.
I denied the return request but my PayPal account is negative $385,
what should i do at this point to get the negative balance removed from my PayPal?
