 eBay account without paypal
A guy is selling an ebay account with 300+ feedbacks which is at 20k right now and he doesn't have the paypal. Account is 7 years old
If I buy it, could I get suspended for changing the paypal ?
In general, can an account be transfered without any issues ? I mean when we change the credit card, names, phone numbers, IP address does the risk goes up for ebay ? will it be like a fresh stealth account which cannot sell ~$150 items fast ?
If I were to buy an old account like this what should I change and what shouldn't I change ?
