Suspended Ebay Unpaid fees no Paypal link

I was suspended for not paying ebay fees of $800 I have a friend that will let me use his ebay account I never Linked my paypal with my suspened account. If i use my paypal on his ebay account will it get suspended. Want to use his account to get money to reinstate my ebay account.

Your not going to be able to use that same PayPal with an a different eBay account. It would be an easy link

You can use a card to pay the eBay fees directly if you want to reinstate it
