Ebay keeps getting sending me emails saying "offers to sell outside of ebay are against ebay policies". I am not selling outside of ebay. This is a new stealth account and my last account also was shut down for this...but I am not doing that!

If you have take a look at the messages, certain words are flagged if they are related to making a purchase off ebay. but it doesn't always mean that was your intention.
could be something related to asking for a paypal address, or mentioning sending an invoice
