 May Loose Powerseller Status
i am at risk of loosing my powerseller status because tracking was not uploaded and validated on time for some transactions.
now when i look at the seller dashboard it is only counting 78 Transactions this month, when I actually had 124. Why is that? It is making things very confusing.
So this is the section I am looking under in Dashboard:
If we evaluated you today
Your seller level would beAbove Standard
Next evaluation on Nov 20, 2016
Then it says 129 of 144 transactions uploaded and verified on time within the past 3 months. now I have had well over 144 transactions in the past 3 months, why is it not showing all transactions for this month?
According to the actual number of transactions I should not be loosing powerseller status.. but they are not counting all transactions for this month(oct) yet which is strange.
