So, things change and we adapt our selling techniques everyday to suite new and changing markets and rules set by eb + pp...

Vero is one of the most horrific acc killers of all time and continues to be scarier than halloween!

What measures have people taken that give a slightly better chance of being able to sell branded goods...

I have several high risk branded goods that I have the receipts and authnticity cards/letters for, but im still unable to sell....

Wondering, how the h*k your meant to sell stuff like that, when there are 1000s of same items being sold by others...

I know it depends on feedback, age of acc, etc... but generallly also seennew sellers getting away with it...
how so?

I don't deal regularly in high risk branded goods but it really seems to be trial and error - very dangerous to the health of new accounts.

I did sell a pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses for my mom recently on a 7 year old eb account - I took the risk and it went alright. (just personal experience). I took a bunch of photos - simply listing of information and that was that

How do people build business models on this type of items ?
I understand it's probably one of those "secrets" and trial and error. But I can't throw 10accs down the drain trying it out haha

Is it even possible to do something like that

There doesn't seem to be much business model into this - i don't know about "Secrets" but it a lot of just aiming and shooting....or getting website going and mass-marketing...which is also rough

There are no super secret methods

Its just combination of trial and error and then a bit of luck

Just let acounts to age fro at least 1 month, buy several things during that period (NEVER digital stuff, only real ones), browse, participate in auctions, send messages to sellers etc. Also sell something low-risk, better, several low-risk items at a bargain price (remember, trying to save on stealth never ends good). All that should be done in the first month. If you do all correcty, first month will be finished with several seller and buyer feedbacks, and you can list ONE your main item for sale. Do that in several accs, so your item travels from one acc to another as soon as it gets sold. Each account should have different everything, EVERYTHING. So if you have 10 accounts, you will be able to sell a lot even with starter limits. Just make sure everything is written down and organized. If you have several items - rotate them across accounts so same item never gets sold on the same account 2 times in a row.

One thing to do is list a generic add with a picture of the real thing. Example: California Motorcycle Ring (Hells Angels Ring). Picture shows Hells Angels ring. Only thing I have found that worked at all.

Get limited and asked for docs. Provide them and keep selling once unlimited.

Sorry to say but I also think it's luck. Research the other postings and try to find if there is a pattern (key words, ect) that they are using that could help your posting. Also make sure that you take your own picture and a lot of them.
