Default 24vc Issues

Is anyone else having issues getting service with 24vc? I have ordered twice from them. The first time they grilled me on who sent me there, what site etc etc. I ordered the second one from the same account without any issue. Tried to order a third yesterday and they asked me to send proof of identity and a bill. Again, tried to order today and they sent something saying they need my real name and billing address for security purposes. What in the hell?

They sure took the money and now the questions AGAIN. Where else do people order from that is reliable and doesn't ask to have proof of identity etc sent in. I thought they were associated with this and the entire stealth aspect.

My first two VPN's were ordered a few weeks apart with the oldest being roughly 2 months old. 2nd one I've had about 5 weeks.

Hi, your confusing us with Avangate, Avangate is asking you for that information not us. Avangate is a payment processor.

If your paying by papyal it goes through our payment processor (Avangate) and orders that are marked suspicious by them require additional verification. You would need to contact them directly to see why their flagging your payments or can just pay by a different payment method.

Or just open a ticket with billing and say your having trouble with Avangate and would like to pay directly by paypal instead of through Avangate.

Just get a Verizon Mi-Fi unlimited 3G $5 a month, problem solved and much cheaper

I use a flashed verizon mifi $5 a month unlimited..... with this its completely prepaid you do not have to add any real info.... you can buy data reload cards at wallys..

you can purchase one of these at wallys or ebay.... PM me if you want a remote flash

A flashed MiFi device has its purposes but its not ideal for everyone.
If you need the speed it wont work for you. Also too much traffic can burn the account.
And of course - if youre not in the US you cannot make use of it.
